XR500 not displaying traffic prioritization

Hey there!

I'm running a XR500 and am having trouble getting my ping down/stable while gaming with Sea of Thieves. My friends report pings in the 50-60 range while I consistently am between 90-150. I can't seem to use the GeoFilter or Ping Heatmap features as SoT uses Unreal Engine and is not in the dropdown list. I've tried looking into traffic prioritization but it never loads in DumaOS (see image below). 

I've set my pc as a gaming console in the device manager and resynced the cloud. I also tried release/renewing my network connection as well as doing a hard reset on the router itself.
