XR500 QoS error: device not found
Hello. I updated my xr500 router with firmware V2.3.2.144, I reset it and after setting everything in Qos a popup comes out with this "error: device not found". I tried to install other firmware, new version of Netduma 3, factory reset done 5 times but it didn't count to anything. You can help me? currently i have installed version V2.3.2.120 but it doesn't work with any version (installed firmware and done factory reset every time)
I have a pppoe fiber connection from Italy

I had already tried but it doesn't work.
luckily I just solved it like this:
factory reset
firmware installation .114
factory reset
I turned on all devices (including ps5)
router setup wizard.now it works correctly.
Maybe it gave an error because the ps5 console was not turned on at the time of reset?
