Hi iv just recently unplugged my router to give it a little rest from being on and plugged it back in. Now it won’t detect a connection to my PlayStation for some reason. I have reset the full thing and when I’m running a test it’s detecting my connection on the router but failing on detecting my bandwidth I’m externally disappoint in the time it takes to get problems with these routers resolved as I have had nothing but bother and very slow reply’s no number to call when this happens

- Are all other devices getting an internet connection? Are you using automatic or manual settings on the PS? I personally reply multiple times each day, I haven't had a response from your other topics. You can call here if you have a support package: https://www.netgear.com/support/contact.aspx
- All the light are on for internet but when I’m trying to connect to ps4 it saying internet connection failed I reset my router to factory setting and then it takes you threw the steps it can’t detect my bandwidth but can detect my internet something is wrong with the router itself by the looks of it but I have no clue in what to do

- If it's saying you have an internet connection then you can skip the speed test part and enter the speeds you pay for/expect and it will work. Sometimes it can't always detect the speeds.
- It’s not picking my connection up iv tried about ten times it’s not getting a connection it’s must be a faulty router if that is the case or there is no solution ? It’s not picking it up on anything it’s letting me into the app offline but when I try to connect it ain’t connecting to my internet iv hardwired it to my PS4 and it wont pick up the internet it’s saying internet connection failed. But I have another internet router down stairs which I am plugged into just now because mine isn’t working and it’s letting me join to that so must be the router
