XRM570 having problems with discord ever since I installed new router
Hi guys, I installed my XRM570 and ever since then I've been having problems hearing people in discord. My friends can hear me just fine, but when they talk they cut in and out. I call it "roboting" because that what they sound like to me. Another weird thing is it seems to be fine while were in a game together. While we are in a match I can hear them just fine, but the second we go back to the lobby or if I'm not in a game it does it. I'm hardwired to my pc right off the router, and have my geo filtering set way out. I've kind of ran out of ideas. Haven't really messed with my QoS at all. I did a firmware update on the router at install, I was considering rolling back to the previous firmware to give that a shot, but I figured I'd reach out to you guys first. Thank you in advance.
I feel dumb. I updated my intel ethernet connection driver and its seems to be working fine now. Thank you for the reply.

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and Extender? 30 feet is recommended in between XR router and EX to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and any unused channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?Try enabling Beamforming and MIMO(MIMO may or maynot be needed) and WMM. Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings
Try disabling the following and see:
IPv6 and Set 20/40Mhz Coexistence to 40Mhz only. Set Short preamble instead of Long preamble modes. Save settings and reboot the router and EX.- That is really strange that it works in game but not in the lobby, do you have the Geo-Filter enabled at all at this phase? Might be that when you go in game you force a connection to them that just being on Discord doesn't force.
