Anywhere Access - Already Assigned to Account
I have the new 971 Orbi System with 4 satellites. Works great but I cannot set-up Anywhere Access as it looks to still be assigned to a previous account I used with this system. Of course my complimentary support is now expired, there is no way to purchase coverage as it looks like I am past the window which leaves me with a problem. I need access to to support to reset the cloud assignment so I can use this feature. However there system basically locks you out from any form of support after this. Is there any way to contact Netgear to fix this issue. I paid over $3000 for this system and not having options to contact support, purchase support for something so small.

Have you tried this:
- Do a Factory Reset on the router
- Delete and reinstall the Orbi app on your smartphone
- Connect the smartphone to the Orbi using the default credentials printed on the product label
- Use the Orbi app to set up and configure the router. (I would use exactly the same WiFi credentials so that every WiFi device in the house will connect automatically.)
- Once the system is set up, navigate to the app 'Settings' and see what it says under Anywhere Access
