App refusing Password
Hi folks.
I've had my Orbi system for years. Worked great all that time.
I now have an issue where I can't access it using the App.
It refuses whatever password I have.
It works as usual from my PC (Wired)
Can someone help?

Which Orbi system, and what is the app running on?
There have been numerous posts recently about the newest iPhone software causing the iPhone version of the Orbi app to refuse to connect.

It's on an RBR50 v2 and an iPhone mini 13 with software iOS 18.4.1

You can try resetting Orbi password or syncing app with current settings.

Welcome to the NETGEAR Community!
A new Orbi app version has been released to resolve this issue. Please delete your app then reinstall it from the app store then, sign into your Orbi app using your log in credentials.
