Blocked my phone on the Orbi App

I accidentally blocked or "paused" the internet on my phone using the Orbi app on my iPhone device. Now my phone can't connect to the router in order to open the Orbi app to fix it. I have a AC2200 Orbi Micro Router (RBR20) 

What should I do?

      Have an android, samsung note S20 and I installed bitdefender, armor and the orbi app and somehow I locked my phone to where I can't get to the internet or connect my orbi router or see anything on my phone.  Should I remove bitdefender and armour and only keep orbi on my phone?  Help!!!
