Cannot sign in to my Netgear account in the Orbi app
I see posts several years ago about not being able to sign in the a Netgear account, but my issue is specifically from within the Orbi IOS app. I can sign in to my router in the app just fine, and I can sign in to my Netgear account from the phone's web browser or from a web browser on another device, but not from within the Orbi app. I receive the message "Something went wrong. Try again" in a red banner.
I am stuck on a Netgear sign-in page in the app asking me to sign in to an existing account or create a new account. I have an existing account as stated above and therefore do not want to create a new account. If I close and restart the app, I see a banner showing "connecting" and it brings me back to the Netgear sign-in page.
Can anyone assist?
Wow, I probably have not opened the app in a year and tried during a problem... Never heard of shaking the phone to submit a bug report, but it worked, and I did. Thank you.

There is a odd issue happening with Orbi app currently. NG is looking into this:
Possible this maybe effecting users gaining access to the app correctly.
I recommend you submit a bug report thru the current location in the app and let NG know what your experiencing:

Ya I don't use it much, unless i'm testing. NG is working on the current problem. Maybe a side effect. Hopefully will be resolved soon.
