Cannot use Anywhere access any more
My Orbi Router Model RBR10 does not seem to have the Anywhere access feature any more. It was working some 2 or 3 years ago but now I cannot use or enable it. According to this article it would be rather simple, but the "Anywhere access" does not appear as an option under Settings in the Orbi app menu.
Also logging in on the Orbi app does not work. If I try that I get an error message to appears for a very short time saying something like: "Device not recognized" and then a message that stays: "Login denied".

Might try a full on factory reset on the RBR and RBS and setup from scratch using a wired PC and web browser:

Once all setup again, then try to log in with Orbi app.

What mobile device are you using?
Happens with a different mobile device?
Be sure to disable any MAC Address randomizers on phones and pads while at home:

I presume FW is up to date as well from there download site?
