Can't connect to the Orbi's within app even after factory reset.

Question

Man... These things are really starting to annoy me. I've tried all the fixes I have found and still no luck. I even factory reset them, something I was trying to avoid, and still can't get the app to connect. I've tried an andriod, iphone, etc and nothing.... What gives?!

We've seen a ton of app issues lately with connection.&nbsp;
If you can manage it via the browser, I'd just use that for the time being.&nbsp;
