Can't Log In From App
Seems like after a recent firmware update, I can no longer log into the router from the Orbi app. It asks for the login credentions of which I use admin and the same password I use on my laptop, but I get the message "Your router is unreachable. Please check that your router is on. If this issue persists, try rebooting your device."
I have rebooted the router several times. I've cleared cache and data on the app. I've deleted and reinstalled the app. I can use a web brower on my phone (Samsung S21, Android 15) and get logged in. I've even changed the router password but still no luck.
Any ideas?

What Orbi model do you have? RB????
There seems to be others posting about this and we've make NG aware of this.
Please shake the mobile device with orbi app running at this screen and submit a report thru the app
What firmware version is on the Orbi system?

Thanks! It is the RBE971. I looked around and didn't see any discussions related but glad to hear I'm not alone.
I did shake and report the bug.
App version is 2.46.0.4809 and the firmware is 9.13.1.5_1.3.30
