IOS app 2.9.6.0 cannot detect rbs50 satellites connected

After updating my iOS app to 2.9.6.0, the app can no longer detected my 2 satellites are connected. They show offline. Using the browser to run the web interface has no issue finding the router and both satellites and devices connect fine. Firmware on all 3 is v2.7.2.104. I have uninstalled the app, removing all data and reinstalled with the same result.

Thank you

    Hello Dabbit,

May you factory reset your router by holding down on the reset button for 15+ seconds using a pin/needle. You will need to run through the setup assistant again.

    Regards,

      Thank you for your reply.

Why would it be the hardware if access via browser see all 3 online?  It’s the app.

Try the reset of the RBR and RBS and run thru the setup wizard as suggested. A reset also clears out misconfigurations.
