ISP connected yet Router Not Found

Question

Anywhere Access correctly identifies WiFi network and displays my devices connected — I am connected to WiFi yet the app won’t connect while using my iPhone 13 Max. Prior to this the router dropped all devices. First occurrence Monday May 2. Anyone? Thanks!

Thanks—I did find the toggles and followed directions without any change. Interestingly the app works on a 10-year old iPad but not on my iPhone 13 — LOL. Hopefully this resolved on its own — just as mysteriously as it began. I’m not wasting one more second worrying about it. I’m not going to be held hostage any longer, LOL.

Are you able to log in through the browser and check it?&nbsp;
&nbsp;
Make sure icloud relay and random mac/ip address are disabled on your device.&nbsp;
You might need to reboot after disabling those.&nbsp;

Hello—thank you for reaching out. I’m unsure how to disable what you mentioned and I’m unsure if you mean my phone or my router. Sorry I’m not more savvy but very much appreciate your effort to help resolve problem.
