What Orbi model system do you have?
What mobile platform do you have Orbi app installed on?
Can you access the system at 192.168.1.1 using a PC and web browser?
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6A STP is recommended.
Can you try a factory reset on the system and setup from scratch using a PC and web browser and walk thru the routers setup wizard. Then after that completes, try accessing the system using Orbi app?
