Hi,I've always use Access Anywhere on my Orbi app installed.But since 2 months, it's not possible anymore and...anywhere !I'va unset the 2 options mentionned for the wifi and cellualr datas...but nothing better... always the same error message when I'm trying to set on the Access Anywhere feature...A solution ?I use an RBR50, updated, rebooted ect. ect...Thak you for your helpLuc

Try a full on factory reset and setup from scratch on the system.&nbsp;

Might try following this first and setting it up with a ethernet connected PC:

Or try the reset and set up with orbi app and see if anywhere access gets you in.
