My Orbi app cannot connect to my router
I have a Orbi router RBR750 and when I try to connect to the router on the Orbi app it says that there were issues connecting with Orbi96.
I have factory reset the router and tried downloading the app on different devices, but it still isn’t working.

What mobile platform are you using? Android or Apple?
What firmware version is loaded on the Orbi system?
