No satellites showing in iOS app, but showing in web interface

It was suggested by another user I post here.

Orbi iOS app is no longer showing my satellites, but they are showing in the Orbi web interface. I have tried resyning. I have reset the satellites, but not the router. If the Backhaul Status is Good, does that mean they're connected properly?

Hoping to avoid a router reset, so I don't lose all my IP address settings.

Any advice? Please let me know if any additional info about my set-up would help.

Firmware on Router and Satellites is V2.7.3.22
iOS app is 2.12.0.22

  • If there showing on the web page then they should be seen in the Orbi app.

Have you tried removing the app, reboot our mobile device then re-install the app?

Try a different mobile device as well if you can.

Yes. I've removed and reinstalled on my phone with the same results. Also tested with an iPad running older software and the results are the same.

Try a reset on the RBR and RBS, setup with a wired PC as web browser. After setup was complete, the Orbi app showed the RBS.
