Orbi 6E satellites working but not showing up
I set up a new Orbi 6E system with 3 satellites. It was working perfect. Web interface, app, everything.
Now it is behaving very strange. The app shows no satellites. Not disconnected. Just no satellites. The web interface Home Screen shows 3 satellites. The firmware update page shows the satellites and their firmwares. But when I click on connected devices it shows zero satellites. All 3 satellites are connected with a Ethernet backhaul. I tried disconnecting that and just going wireless backhaul. No change.
The satellites are working. When I restart them they go to the blue light and then connect. The speeds are fine. I’ve rebooted and reset a dozen times. Same thing keeps happening. Router and satellite and app all have the latest firmwares.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.
Sounds like you got it working. Please mark your thread as solved so others will know. Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.

Actually need to add this info. I have probably 70 devices connected. All working. But the web interface and the app only show devices connected to the main router. Anything connected to the satellites are not showing up but are working. Perplexing.
What modem/gateway is the router connected to?
How are the satellites hardwired into the router? Are they running through a switch? Going through the gateway?
How exactly is it?

Thanks for the reply.
The Orbi router is connected directly to the Frontier ONT. From that closet the Orbi is connected to a 2.5g switch that distributes to three rooms with an Orbi Satellite in each.
In 2 of the rooms the connection goes from the wall to a 2.5gig switch to the Orbi Satellite. In 1 room it goes from the wall to the Orbi satellite and then a 1gig switch (that room has no need for the 2.5g switch).
I moved from an Eero 6E setup to the Orbi specifically for the extra 2.5 port. When I set it up like this on day 1 it worked perfect. Everything showed up and everything was blazing.
Went to add a few wired devices the other day and everything went bonkers. I think I may have created a network loop. So I factory reset and started over. Ever since starting over I cannot get it to show correctly. Note that it does work correctly. Speeds are blazing all over the house. Wired connections are hitting 2.5g. WIreless is blazing as well over 1gig on 6E.
However, going to the APP or the Web interface the information is not connect. They both show 0 satellites. But on the attached devices the Orbis are listed with an IP address. I can log in to them. They show healthy and connected.
I could factory reset again but that’s time consuming. Any other tips I could try? My big issue seems to be that devices connected to the satellites, while working fine, do not show up in the attached devices list. Therefore I cannot do things like assign parental controls to them.
Thanks in advance!
So you have it going from ONT--->RBRE's wan port---->2.5gig lan port to switch----->to satellites?
