Orbi app- device manager
Got my orbi system this weekend. Playing with the app and a bit confused by the device manager tab
A few times i have clicked on it and it gives a list split by wired, 5Ghz and 2.4Ghz with an 'on/off' button (a green slider) which is really useful, but most of the time its just a list without the split and buttons. When it gives the basic list i can click in to individual items and check the 5/2.4 status but there is no on/off button.
Why is the format of this different form time to time?
Thanks

What Orbi model system do you have?
What Mobile device are you using with the app? Apple or Android?
Be sure to disable any MAC Address randomizers on phones and pads while at home:

hi thanks; examples pulled off the web above ^
What i see most of the time is the screen shot on the right. Occasionally i see the list on the left which is much more informative, on my phone it is also split into sections for 'wired', 2.4 and 5 Ghz as well as having the 'on / off' sliders.
I have orbi 370. 1 base + 2 satalites
I am on an apple i phone 12, with the orbi app downloaded from the app store
in about on the app it says app version 2.49.0.14 (i only downloaded it yesterday so assume latest version). My firmware version is v12.1.3.11 (again this all updated yesterday on install)
Model number is RBE371
Thanks

Is Armor or SPC enabled with in the app?

The left picture looks like the typical Orbi 'app' Device Manager. The right picture looks very much like Smart Parental Controls. (Notice the Category "Home" and the option to "Add a Profile" at the bottom).
Might be a good idea to double check whether SPC has been enabled (another of those "free trial" things that flash by during setup)
