Orbi app doesn’t recognize anything
It’s been many months since I opened my orbi app. It’s not recognizing any of my equipment, but it appears to be working fine. When I try to add again, it wants me to connect to ORBI71 network, but I have changed the wireless network to my unique name. How can I re-add the equipment without renaming my wireless network name?

There's an issue with the orbi app. Theres a notice in the orbi ax forum about it if you have the AX version.
Tough to know as you didn't put it in your post which one you have.

If you have the ax version, try a factory reset and reinstall using the browser and not app.

sorry, should have mentioned that I have AX6000 (with satellite) aka RBR850. That help any?

Its that same app issue. You'll see a note at the top of the AX forum about issues with the app.
Sounds like theres a fix in the works if you want to wait. Otherwise you try the factory reset/reinstall
