Orbi App issues

Bought and installed the Orbi Wifi 6 today. The app has not worked at all. It only recognized the RBR once and then it didn't recognize the internet.
I had to backdoor the setup of the entire RBR and RBS. Internet and wifi is working fine, but the app is still hanging up. I've uninstalled/reinstalled the app and tried to set it up again. Now it is in a closed loop telling to sign into the admin. I log in, it does the face ID, and tells me that the password is incorrect. I bypass the face ID, type my password, and it just opens the admin login page again. (if I enter the wrong password, it tells me the password is incorrect.)
How do I get past the admin log-in page so I can use the app for the rest of the features?

SOLVED. Re-booted the phone and app for about the 4th time.
ALL USERS of the 7 series Orbi AX system, please contact NG support by opening a support ticket and contact NG and ask them for the beta that seems to be avialable for the 7 series that seems to be directed to fixed what everyone with a 7 series has been having problems with:

Yes. Setting up the app and installing the AX4200 system with the app proved impossible. I was able to setup the system manually and then after numerous re-boots of the iPhone, I was able to get the app to catchup. Someone with less network experience would have returned the product.
