Orbi app not connecting via Local or Anywhere Access, cant log in from PC as administrator.

What Orbi model system do you have?
What FW version is on the RBR and RBS?
A factory reset and setup from scratch maybe needed.

I have the same issue starting 10/19. I’ve had the Orbi for four years with no issues.
I have no answers to fix the issue unfortunately. I’ve tried every solution I’ve come across except for a factory reset.
Thanks for all the suggestions - I reset to factory settings and was able to bring the system back online - locally and anywhere access. My issues are solved.
