Orbi App shows connected devices as offline

Just set up new Orbi 870 router and satellites. Many devices are listed in the app as offline, but they're working fine. I have re-booted the system and it doesn't change.

Is it possible that Armor is somehow blocking me from seeing all the connected devices?

Any other ideas on how I can get the app (and orbilogin.com) to show me all my connected devices?

Does the RBRs web page show the devices as being connected?

    Does Disabling Armor change anything?

What mobile platform are you using? Apple Or Android?

Be sure to disable any MAC Address randomizers on phones and pads while at home:

Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6A STP is recommended.
