Orbi App will not let me assign devices to parental control profiles

Question

Every time I try to set the profile for a device under Parental Controls I receive an error message saying: "Unable to add device to profile". I have rebooted. A few devices work. Most will not let you change the associated profile.

Edit: Note there is a second error I get if I try to add to a profile through "Add a device". I get an error saying: "Something went wrong, sorry about this. Please try again."

May you reinstall the Orbi app and check to see if your RBR50 is due for a firmware update.&nbsp;

I deleted the app and reinstalled.&nbsp;It indicates that there is an issue checking for firmware updates.&nbsp;&nbsp;App version 2.7.4.1&nbsp;Router Firmware:&nbsp; V2.7.0.70

I manually updated the firmware to 2.7.2.102 and I still have the same issue.&nbsp; The parental controls app is not useable in this state.&nbsp; Please advise.

You may you factory reset your Orbi router and run through the setup assistant again using the Orbi app. We also recently a released a new Orbi app version for iOS (version 2.7.6.3). May you reinstall/update the Orbi app.
