ORBI now showing offline devices too
I was updated to the latest fw this morning.
Now the ORBI app under Network Map, lists both online and offline devices which is kind of a pain, since I don’t need/care to see offline devices.
It is even worse for the Device Manager section of the app. It lists over 100 offline devices. Seems to be any device that has ever connected to either the router or a satellite. This is not very useful as some of these devices are guests’ devices from years ago.
At least give me an option to filter this out for both Device Manager and Network Map.
Prior to today all I saw was connected and online devices which is what I care about.
This is quite a step back in functionality imho. Would be really great to get the old functionality back.
Thanks.

Hello XBond,
Thanks for the feedback. I would check to see if your router is due for a firmware update and reinstall the Orbi app.

The router and satellites are all running the latest firmware. The app was recently updated. I guess that I could try and reinstall the app.

Well, that sucked. Reinstalled the app, but now I can't log in to my account in the Orbi. Says it doesn't recognize the device. Says it is sending a code, but well um, the app times out before I have a chance to get the code (which never arrives), so I can't login.
Man, this is starting to become an epic fail. This was all working fine.
