Password reset & 500 Internal Server Error
Hi, my Orbi app out of the blue no longer recognises my password, which I have used unchanged since first set up. I have followed the links to reset the password, but I get a 500 Internal Server Error, on any of the devices I try this with.
The WIFI is seemingly fine, though of course, as I am unable to access the system, I have limited information. Naturally want to avoid a factory reset, any ideas?

once again, no resolution. reboot and hope it doesnt reoccur. what happened to tech support ?

Yes same for me...the reset worked for all of 4 weeks, and now unable to log in again.
