RBK853 Cannot Communicate through Orbi APP, but Wifi is connected properly. (out of control)

Question

Currently, I am using RBK853 (RBR850 + 2 satellites).

suddenly, my Orbi system cannot find from Smartphone App, and out of control.

but, Still I Can use Wifi properly.

I remove product from APP, and re-install the program.

disconnect, Re-connect Modem, and try to connect Orbi system.

but, still Orbi APP cannot find. I don't know how to solve this issue. please advise for me. I worried out of control even if it's working properly.

Still my connection is not working, system refuse to connect. like below..I have no idea.. totally out of control.&nbsp;funny thing is, Still i am in connection with WIFI.&nbsp;

We've seen a lot of reports of this lately.&nbsp;most users can still log in through the browser method. (and some have chosen to take that route to see if an app update will fix it)
&nbsp;
If you're on ios, disable icloud relay and private ip/mac address.
Some users have needed to factory reset to get back in using the app.&nbsp;

There's been a ton of posts. Some have factory reset and got it working. Others have just decided to ride it out and see if the next update (either to app or router) fixes the issue.&nbsp;
