rbr20 unable to resume internet on a device
I turned off i.e. paused, two Devices using Remote Management tool on the Orbi App. I cannot resume these devices although both are connected to the Orbi. The app refuses to slide across from pause to resume. I have reset up the app, uninstalled and reinstalled the app without any success. All I want to do is move the internet access for these two device off pause and onto resume. Thanks everyone.

Hi Sidanne,
Please disconnect the two devices off the network and forgetting the network. Then reconnect the two devices to the network.

I have similar issues with the Orbi app, but the web interface works fine.
It doesn't make sense why we need to disconnect at the device side; that defeats the purpose of the app interface.
