RBS750 satellites not showing up

I have an RBR750 with two RBS750 satellites but cannot seem to view their status in either the iOS app or the web interface.
If I reboot the satellites they come up with the blue ring and appear to be working but the app shows 0 of 1 satellites connected and the web interface shows only one satellite with a backhaul status of “Disconnected”.
If I go to the firmware section on the web interface it shows all three with firmware version V4.6.9.11.
I’ve tried resyncing, resetting and rebooting but nothing changes. Is there another way to manually add a satellite in the “Attached Devices” section (using the MAC address or something) on the web interface?
The issue is that when I can’t see the satellites, I can’t see the devices that are connected to them or what the signal strength is like
Any ideas?
  • does it show up in the access control section?

With an ip address? you can try accessing them via that.

You can always try a factory reset with clean install (not from backup)

  • Are the satellites hardwired into the router?

Are they running through a switch?

    Are they wireless backhaul setup?

What modem/gateway is the router connected to?

No, the satellites aren’t hardwired and they don’t run through a switch. I do use one of the Ethernet ports on the back of the satellites tho.
Not sure exactly how to do or check the wireless backhaul setup, how do I do that?
The RBR750 is connected to my FTTN modem which is admittedly fairly old.
It seems all the connections are working because all devices (phones, tablets, pcs etc), including the ones connected to the satellites, have access to the internet

Nothing is showing for them under the attached devices list?

Not even a generic "netgear" device?
