Satellites are shown as Green (good) when they have an active connection to the router. An Orbi system can function without an internet connection. (Not suitable for 99.9% of customers, but there are documented examples of setting up mesh WiFi "out in the jungle" with no internet connection.)
The router is shown as Red (bad) when it has no internet connection. One would expect to see the router status LED in magenta (fancy kind of red).

What Orbi system model do you have?
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router and satellite(s) been performed since last update?
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
Turn off and unplug modem.
Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on computers and rest of network. What mobile platform are you using? Android or Apple?
Be sure to disable any MAC Address randomizers on phones and pads while at home:
