Smart Parental Control is also effected
I am having the same issue. Smart Parental Control is also effected. It does not track usage and history. You also cannot pause any devices. It can only connect to the router through " access anywher...
Restarted my phone and now it works.
Be sure you update Orbi app as there is a new version out.
Also update the 50 series Orbi as there is latest update FW as well:

Restarted my phone and now it works.
Glad you got it working. Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.
