unable to access web interface, and orbi app fails to connect too (RBRE960)
hey, I have the Orbi AXE11000 Quad-Band WiFi 6E Router (RBRE960) with two satellites. At the moment I am unable to access the system settings, however I try: Web interface, fails to respond...

I have the same problem, RBRE960, moved router and modem to another connection point and this issue began. I cannot access router from Orbi app or from a PC, internet works fine. Put router and modem back in original location and still have problem. Deleted app and reinstalled app, tried anywhere access and router shows up but I get the message “device is offline”. Any solutions other than factory reset?

I gave up and did the hardware reset in the end.
But I am concerned about why it happened, and whether it will happen again.... No one gave me a straight answer as to the cause.

That is often required when you make changes to your network.

You don't say what you mean by that. In particular what is this "another connection point".
When you install a modem and router they have to negotiate a connection depending in the local circumstances. If you move them to a different Internet source, then the hardware has o work out how to make that connection.
Not sure that I understand this bit.

Should there be some more punctuation in there?

The connection point was in the same house with the same internet provider, just a different location. That is when the "device not found" issue began. I put the modem and router back into the original connection point in the house and the problem persists. When I get several hours open to connect 6 satellites to the system I will do the factory reset.
Thank goodness I still have internet and the system is working fine, just no access to the router configuration screen from a PC or Orbi app.

Hopefully the FR should clear this all up. Something that maybe needed here.
I recommend using this process to do it:
Orbi Systems Manual Factory Reset Process | NETGEAR Communities
Works well for me.

Glad you got it working. Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.
https://kb.netgear.com/000062080/How-do-I-back-up-the-configuration-settings-on-my-Orbi-WiFi-SystemPossible some odd corruption over time or after FW was updated that may have caused the WEB UI services to get in some bad state. Hard to tell or say though. Possible some new FW code and features were at odds with older code that was loaded.
Why I usually will do a full power OFF and ON of the systems I work with after a FW update, If I see odd issues, then its OFF to a factory reset to check things.
