Unable to Login to Orbi App
Hi,
I am unable to login to Orbi app. Getting error "Unable to add your device. Your device did not receive push notification. Check your internet connection".
My phone is connected to internet. I disabled 4G/Radio and kept WIFI on.
Deleted the app and reinstalled and followed the steps as well. Tried this on a new phone and getting the same error.
Folks,
I spoke to the Netgear support team post waiting for an hour & a half on the call:smileysad:
This is a known bug in Orbi mobile app for IOS 14 and their technical team is looking in to this. There is workaround for this is..
1. Open the Orbi app and login providing your credientials
2. Sign in using two factor authentication
3. During step to trust the mobile device, click on dont trust and proceed
4. You will be able to get in to the Orbi app.
This is working for me and I can access the Orbi model features using Orbi mobile app. Trust this helps..

Same issue here. On iPhone-iOS 14. Deleted app, reinstalled, tried all the connectivity combinations (WiFi/no cellular, etc.). No joy no matter what I try.
I was able to add my iPad-iOS 14 as a trusted device on the first try.

Same. I've used the app for years and today it won't work. :(
- RobiuncAspirantI’m having the exact same issue.

Same problem. First the app wouldn't work for "easy" network setup. Had to do setup via computer instead.
Reinstalled app, got the 2-step verification code, but won't add my iPhone as a trusted device because it did not receive the push notification.
Netgear, please help! This has been a very time consuming, frustrating network setup already.
- Stev3DLuminaryExactly same situation here. Tried everything all of you have tried with the same outcome. Glad it isn’t just me (sorry, but misery loves company). And, yes, I did permit the app access to devices on my local network.
I hope someone from Netgear reads this.I am also getting the same problem with Push Notification, I tried that too last night.
The main problem is I cant get the app to allow me to connect (unless I use Anywhere Connect) even with the latest App version 2.6.4.13, and I have deleted it and the settings (saved data) and reinstalled it twice since.
The main problem is the Option to enable Local Networks is not there even though the app tries to direct you to it.
