What tipped me off was the increasing frequency of dropouts over the past month or two
I ran into the same issue, and what finally restored access was a factory reset. It was surprisingly painless— I reused the same SSIDs I had previously set up, and everything reconnected smoothly, just like Furry mentioned.
What tipped me off was the increasing frequency of dropouts over the past month or two. At first it was occasional, but it escalated to multiple disconnects per day—even after rebooting both the router and satellites.
Now I'm trying to resolve this issue. Any Ideas?
I'm running the latest firmware, (Auto updated) and I'm connected to a CM1100 Modem with Comcast.
when i click on show statistics in the internet port screen under the advance tab, it shows my uptime as 1 hr. 9 mins
wondering if this is an issue with the newest firmware or what.
Any ideas how i would revert back to an older firmware or any other thoughts that might help my issue ? ( i couldn't figure out how to start a discussion , so i am replying to this one which is similar to mine, although less involved.)

What Orbi model system do you have?
What FW version is loaded on the system?
Something you should try, manually re-loaded the FW using a wired PC and web browser on to the system. We've seen odd problems appear if a orbi system is auto udpated. Manually loading FW using FW files seems to have better results and less problems. I always manually load FW on my systems. Power cycle afterwards, then if problems are seen, do a factory reset and setup from scratch.
