How did you update the system FW? Manually or was it automatic?
Had you done a factory reset on the system after FW was updated and setup from scratch to see if this issue was still happening?
Firmware was prompted. I did a factory reset on it and no joy. Something in the way netgear is checking DNS in Armor/Parental Controls is affecting all DNS queries. Only solution was to disable Armor and Parental Controls in the settings.
