Backhaul Status- Out of Sync

Hi, I've recently noticed all of my satellite (2xRBS850, 1RBS750) have gone into Out of Sync Backhaul Status. One of the RBS850 is connected via Ethernet, all others are wireless backhauls. All are current on firmware 7.2.6.31. Any suggestions for how to get them all back in sync?

Thank you,

-Rob

    K. Kinda sounds like v.31 may have intro'd the problem. There has been other posts and users posting bad experiences after v.31 had been loaded. Other have not seen issues to date.

If the system had been working prior for a while, I presume it was with v.21 loaded, I'd get the RBS downgraded first to v.21 then downgrade the RBR lastly to v.21. You'll need to factory reset and setup from scratch after the system has been downgraded.

Are the RBS wirelessly or ethernet connected to the RBR?

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6A STP is recommended.

What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router 📡 and satellite(s)🛰️? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR 📡 and RBS 🛰️ to begin with depending upon building materials when wired or wirelessly connected.

What channel configurations are currently set on the router?

Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?

Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router and satellites been performed since last update?
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
    Turn off and unplug modem.
    Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on computers and rest of network.

Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?

So everything you mentioned above except a hard reset to factory and reconfigure everything was done before my post yesterday. This morning I completed a complete reset only to have the same out of sync backhaul status.

Internet is Frontier Fiber, we are in CT so only the 3 Wifi networks I have are in play. Next closest neighbor is out of range of wifi.

The Oribi network is in AP mode as the AP/WIFI network Frontier provides is an Eero router.

Does this happen if you change the RBR to router mode and let the RBS connect?

So if you bring all the RBS to near by or same room as the RBR, and the RBR in router mode, not connected to the host router, turning on the RBS one at a time and let the 1st RBS front LED turn BLUE, check the RBRs web page for status, Then continue to do this for each RBS, do they eventually get a good status or is Config Sync still seen?

Had this been working prior to update to v.31 or has this been on going or just recently happen?

The router and all three satellites where working fine for at least a year probably two, I have auto updates on for firmware so I don't know when .31 was released but I just started noticing the out of sync Monday this week.

Resetting everything again and bringing devices into one room seems like a last resort, if there's no other solution I'd try it but since I just reset everything this morning to factory and reconfigured everything.
