Can’t login to RBS750’s

Hi Guys,

I currently have an RBR750 with two satellites. I can login to my router fine using 192.168.1.1 and can see both satellites connected with a good connection.

When I enter my satellites IP address, I get the login page and type my details. Either admin/password or admin/my own password and nothing happens. And then after 3 tries I get a ‘401 unauthorised’ error. If I press cancel to see if I can reset it, I still get a 401 error.

I mean they were just factory reset with their versions being v7.2.6.21. It’s not the latest version out right now but it’s stable for me. I don’t get any other disconnection issues from my satellites.

Any advice? I’m not gonna reset my router haha. I’ve done that so many times now because of other issues I have had in the past so I was wondering if there may be other potential solutions to try?

Kind regards,

Sameem

  • you've tried what I'd recommend (in terms of password options).

make sure there isn't any spaces and maybe try a different web browser. Also disable any password managers.

and you're sure the satellites are on the same firmware as the router? I've read of issues accessing them when they aren't
