Can't access RBS850 satellite after firmware update
I just went through the process of updating my RBR850 with 2 satellites to the latest firmware (from V4.6.3.16_2.0.51 to V4.6.7.13). I updated each RBS from the main portal. When I uploaded the FW I was redirected to the IP page of each individual satellite. The update completed 100% and the satellites reboot. I thought everything went fine but the satellites show up as disconnected in the portal and without an IP. I've tried rebooting the whole system, resetting the satellites with no success, tried the sync button and nothing allows me to contact those satellites. Since I had issues with the satellites I backed off from updating the router fearing that I would lose connectivity all together. Any suggestions on what to do next?

After updating the RBS, did you update the RBRs FW as well, then power everything OFF for a minute or more then back ON one at a time?
No I didn't update the RBR yet. After seeing the satellites come back as unresponsive I was concerned the update would hose my router and I lose connectivity to the internet.
