CBR750 Downstream LED always blink white light

My Orbi CBR750 is getting internet connection from my ISP router via LAN connection and its always blink its downstream LED white light all days. I really want to turn it off but in the settings, there isn't such an option for that.

Can someone please help me?

Blinking usually means its scanning for a downstream channel.
do you have a screen snip of the cable connections page? That shows the link status
