Fustration Galore
Three months ago I purchased the AX6000 Orbi WIFI 6 Sytem. I have had nothing but issues. I have lost connnection or laptops not finding the WIFI. I have at least 6 tickets open and closed. Recently, my system started to lose connection to the router multiple times a day. I am constantly going into orbilogion.net to change channels from 44 to 48 for 5GHz and Auto to 11 for 2.4 GHz, per the recommendation of support. Now that I am working from home, I have lost connection during meetings and have to wait till the satelittle connects again. I am wired to the ORBI as my laptop cannot find the WIFI. So fustrated.
All seems good. There are lags in connections but no drops. I am happy. Marking this solved.

What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet is recommended in between RBR and RBS to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected. https://kb.netgear.com/000036466/How-far-should-I-place-my-Orbi-satellite-from-my-Orbi-router- jmdll0518Aspirant
I have Spectrum High Speed Internet.
Modem is ARRIS Surfboard SB8200 for Spectrum
Orbi says it is in Router Mode
RBR850 is wired to Arris. the RBS850 is wireless connection to RBR
Home is under 1800 SF single level I would say the satelittle is about 40 ft from router.
