Hardwired satellites not connecting to Router
I've had lots of problems with my Orbi. I have spent so much time with Level 2 on the phone trying to get my Orbi stable. I ended up hardwiring all my satellites because the wifi backhaul was so poor. I have a 4500 sq ft house and the Router and 3 satellites would still give poor wifi connectivity. Thus, I ended up hardwiring all the satellites.
One of the solutions from netgear was to load a beta firmware on my router and satellites.
Two satellites show up as offline. But the I have security camera feed going through the offline kitchen satellite and the video feed shows up. So some component of the kitchen satellite is working.
Through the Orbi app I updated the router firmware on the Router.
Any tricks to get hardwired satellites to talk to the router?
Are the satellites running through a switch?
What firmware is on the satellites? usually you want to upgrade the satellites firmware first and then the router.
Do they show up through the browser gui and not the app? I've had issues with the app not displaying satellites before.

Two of the satellites are through a switch.
Through web browser I logged into system and was able to update the satellites. I set the system to auto update firmware.
The satellites are back online.
"Maybe" it was the app not showing the satellites. I had SO much trouble with the this netgear set up that I periodically check the app to see if everything is online. I guess I should check via the web browser interface.

I'd trust the web interface more.
What switch are they running through?
I've occasionally seen issues with people using smart/managed switches.
Also, how far apart are the router/satellites?
Sometimes it helps to actually decrease their broadcast power if they're causing interference or poor roaming with each other.
