High ping on when connected to router, normal when connected to satellite
Setup: RBR750 -wired- RBS750
I'm experiencing high ping when connected to router, but normal ping when connected to satellite. I've been searching, but haven't been able to find others with this specific problem.
Can anyone help with possible explanation and solution?
Kind regards!

For further clarification, I did a ping test.
Sequences <70: Connected to router
Sequences >78: Connected to satellite
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended. Is this ping test done with wireless or ethernet connected PC?
Did you turn OFF the RBS before testing with the RBR?
How many RBS are deployed?
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS📡 to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected. What channel configurations are currently set on the RBR?

Thanks for the reply. Just to make it clear, this seems to be a wireless issue. A speaker connected to router by ethernet cable seems to be working fine. Can do more thorough testing later though.

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too? It's a Nokia G-041G-P. Can't find any information when trying to search the model number on google.

Kind regards, and thanks for trying to help! 🙂
Try pings with RBS turned off and with a wired PC connected to the RBR.
For the size of home might try running just the RBR.
Or turn down the power to 50% on the RBR.Might also try some beta FW as well being offered by NG:
