What Orbi model do you have? RBK or CBK?
What firmware is loaded on the system?
Ensure you contact the printer Mfr for help and information regarding there product and how to set it up and configure it as they will have this information.

This printer specs clearly show that it supports two networks connections:
- 10/100 Ethernet cable
- WiFi 802.11n 2.4G/5G
If the printer is connected to a satellite with an Ethernet cable, it should appear on the Orbi web interface Attached Devices display or the Orbi 'app' Connected Devices list with an IP address.
In order for devices to use the printer, they will have to be configured to use it. Windows, Mac, Apple iOS, and Android have specific procedures to "Add a Printer".
What device is being used to access the printer?

The printer I use is HP MFP 283fdw
The app show it connected if I connect to my computer or if I don't use a enthernet cable it show ii is connected via wireless. However in the wireless mode it is offline all the time. In the wired mode it works for my computer but not my wife's.
If it works for your computer when wired to the router, then "it works". The wife's computer needs to be reconfigured to find the printer.
