Can download the FW files for the RBR and RBS from NGs download page.
Downgrade the RBS first, then RBR lastly:

However I'm not sure if v4 FW has the option to disable Auto Updates like v7 FW does. So your system may re-update back to v7 FW.
Is there a reason for downgrading FW?
