Huge problem with Nest Cameras and RBRE960 V6.3.7.10_3.3.3 🙁

Dears,

 

I am having a huge problem with my Nest Cameras disconnecting all the time.

 

I have 3 outdoor nest camera 2 infoor and 1 Nest hello doorbell. I was ussing this cameras with Asus AP then a Cisco Meraki without any issue and now after upgraded to RBRE960 I am facing usses.

 

I tried all the options at IOT settings by toggling them ON/OFF:

-Enable 20/40 MHz Coexistence - Nothing

- Preamble Mode - Nothing
- Transmit Power Control - Nothing
 
50-60% of the time the cameras are offline and I need a fix ASAP!

  • When the cameras were connected to the previous WiFi systems, was the WiFi SSID/password the  same as on the Orbi 960 system?

      Yes, I used the identical SSID, but I configured the Nest Cameras all from scratch after purchasing the ORBI.

       

      SSI used for the cameras.

      Aruc-IoT 

      WPA/WPA2 Personal

        What Firmware version is currently loaded?
        What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

         

        What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
        What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS🛰️ to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.
