I cannot connect via browser or via the app
I am having the same issue with my RBR750. I cannot connect via browser or via the app. Trying to see if there is any alternative to a hard reset.

The end result was, I had to do a factory reset. I do believe the RBR750 web server stopped functioning.
IMHO, one of the automatic updates hosed it up. I have changed back to manual updates and will check monthly/quarterly for updates - if one is present, I will perform a back and then install the update manually and reboot the router. I have done this process with previous products but I had hoped that the auto-update process was better now.

Something to do later on or now, I'd manualy re-load FW files on any RBS first and then the RBR using a ethernet connected PC and web browser. After that, power cycle the system OFF for 1 minute then back ON. Disable the AU feature on the RBR.
I find using Manual FW update path is more stable than Auto Update: Procedure to Manually Firmware Update Orbi and Nighthawk Mesh systems. | NETGEAR Communities
Glad you got it working. Please mark your thread as solved so others will know. Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.
