I need to disable the 5 GHz band

I can't connect a 2.4 GHz device and need to login to my router, but I can't login. No option to reset password.

What error are you getting? or where are you finding issues?

RBK853, Bresser weather station.I used a browser, but http://192.168.1.1&nbsp;opens something from Zyxel, useless.Everything I have is 5 GHz, but I need to temporarily disable the 5 GHz band to connect a 2.4 GHz only device.

What FW is loaded on the system?
v7 FW has the ability to setup a IoT network that you can use to get 2.4Ghz only devices connected.&nbsp;

If you're getting a zyzel address, then you're probably in a double nat.&nbsp;
You'll want to fix that as some IoT devices have issues with double nats.&nbsp;
A double nat happens when you cascade more than 1 router. https://kb.netgear.com/30186/What-is-Double-NATFixes? There are 3 options, but only use 1. 1. Put the modem/gateway in modem only/pass-through mode. This disables its routing functions. 2. Leave the modem/gateway in router mode but put the Netgears IP address into its DMZ. This forwards the data to the netgear. You can either leave the modem/gateway wirelessly enabled or disabled. Just make sure its using a different wifi channel to prevent interference3. Put the Netgear into access point mode. This disables its routing functions.
