What Firmware version is currently loaded on the existing system?
For new and incoming RBS, those need to be updated to same version of firmware as the exisiting Orbi system first, then the new RBS should connect.
You'll need to follow this guide on how to access the new RBS self service web page to get the firmware updated: Orbi Satellite (RBS) Self-Service Web Page Access | NETGEAR Communities
I recommend turning OFF all other RBS while you work with the new RBS and get it updated then connected to the RBR, once connected, then turn ON the other RBS.
