internet connection

I just hooked up the orbi in my house and its working for the 2.4 signal, but not the 5G signal.  Also it is only working on some web sites and not other ones.  It seems to be blocking the secure sites. I have a att&t modem and did a passthrough in the settings using the mac address of the orbi.  I seem to be missing somthing else, but not sure what it is.  Any help would be appreciated.

    What Firmware version is currently loaded?
    What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

     

    Did you try a power OFF of the ISP modem and RBR after you configured the modems IP passthru for the RBR?

    How do you know the 5ghz isn't working? 

    The orbi uses bandsteering so devices are only going to see one SSID. 

    Are you using a wireless scanner to find out what's broadcasting and if so, what one is it?
