Issue after Software update for RBR750 and login issues

Hi

 

I just recently updated the firmware for my Orbi Satellite RBR750 (V4.6.14.92).  After that, all connected devices information in the Orbi Apps are gone and now it is just shown as "N/A" and "Blocked" - see the attached.   It is said "blocked" but all the connected devices are able to access the internet through Orbi Satellite.  I guess the blocking device function does not work.

 

I am using Samsung S23 to access my Orbi Apps.  I have rebooted the Orbi satellite and also re-installed my Orbi Apps on the phone.  The issues are still there.

 

In addition, I am always unable to access the apps and website using username and password.  They asked me to use one time verification method.  I have changed my password many times. Why?
